2. Consultation Refund Terms

Once a consultation is booked and payment is confirmed, cancellations and refunds are not available. We operate on a strict no-refund policy to ensure committed appointments and optimal scheduling.
Rescheduling Only Policy
- • No Refunds: All consultation payments are final and non-refundable
- • Rescheduling Available: In exceptional circumstances, consultations may be rescheduled to another available slot
- • One-Time Reschedule: Each booking allows for maximum one rescheduling request
- • Advance Notice Required: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled consultation
Exceptional Circumstances
Rescheduling may be considered in the following situations:
- • Medical emergencies of the patient
- • Technical issues on our end preventing the consultation
- • Doctor unavailability due to emergency circumstances
- • Severe weather or natural disasters affecting connectivity
Payment Processing Errors Only
Refunds will ONLY be processed for:
- • Duplicate charges or payment processing errors
- • Incorrect payment amounts charged
- • Technical payment gateway failures
3. Medicine Delivery Refund Policy
Before Dispatch: Full refund available if cancellation request is made before medicines are dispatched from our facility.
After Dispatch: Refunds are not available once medicines have been dispatched, except in cases of:
- Damaged or defective medicines received
- Wrong medicines delivered due to our error
- Medicines not delivered within 15 days of dispatch
Return Process: In eligible cases, medicines must be returned in original packaging and unopened condition for refund processing.

Technical Difficulties: If technical issues prevent a successful consultation, we will first attempt to resolve the issue. If resolution is not possible within a reasonable time, appropriate refunds will be processed.
Dissatisfaction with Service: If you are unsatisfied with the consultation quality, please reach out to us within 24 hours. We will review each case individually and may offer partial refunds or complimentary follow-up consultations.
